Steps away from the Jardin Des Tuileries, Balagan is one of the city's hippest new hotspots for phenomenal Israeli cooking...

Balagan, Paris

Conceived by Experimental Group– the trio of Frenchmen, who most famously brought us the Experimental Cocktail Club in London, Paris and New York – and globally-renowned Israeli chefs Assaf Granit and Uri Navon (of The Palomar in London fame), Balagan is Paris’s new hot table. With sumptuous decor by Experimental Group’s signature designer Dorothée Meilichzon, it’s all handmade tiles, mixed clay on the floor, inky fabrics and luxe grey marble. On the menu, you’ll find amazing cocktails and innovative dishes – from a reinvented meze plate, to a deconstructed kebab or Jerusalem cheesecake- it’s a whirlwind of exotic flavors and combinations.

INSIDER’S TIP: Eat at the bar for the best atmosphere.
RESERVATIONS: Yes, book ahead.
